The International Federation of Arabian Horse Racing continues its efforts to expand partnerships in the Asian continent

Abu Dhabi, February 10, 2017 – His Excellency Faisal Al Rahmani, President of the International Federation of Purebred Arabian Horse Racing, discussed with those concerned with Arabian horse racing in the People’s Republic of China ways of joint cooperation and strengthening the partnership between the two parties to establish and organize Arabian horse races.
The efforts come within the framework of the International Federation’s expansion plan during its UAE era in the Asian continent, specifically in China, which is witnessing a rapid growth in interest in the sport of Arabian horse racing.
His Excellency Faisal Al-Rahmani attended the Arabian horse races held at the “Jin Min Ma Hui” track in the city of Tianjin, and participated in the crowning ceremonies of the champions. He also made a field tour that included the stables, facilities and installations of the track, to see its technical and organizational readiness to host the major Arabian horse races during the next stage.
The visit included holding a series of meetings with the competent authorities organizing horse racing, during which future plans for developing racing were reviewed, and cooperation mechanisms with the International Federation were discussed, in line with its initiatives aimed at expanding the spread of Arabian horse racing globally and consolidating its presence.
During the meetings, His Excellency Al Rahmani stressed the importance of building sustainable partnerships that contribute to developing infrastructure, raising the level of organization, and enhancing the cultural and sporting value of the Arabian horse, in a way that reflects its historical status and the cultural heritage it carries.
