Ahmed bin Mohammed attends the celebration of Kuwaiti National Day in Dubai

Today, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, attended the reception held by the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait in Dubai, on the occasion of the celebration of the sixty-fifth Kuwaiti National Day, where he was received by His Highness upon his arrival to the ceremony headquarters, at the Park Hyatt Dubai Hotel, Consul General of the State of Kuwait in Dubai and the Northern Emirates Khaled Abdul Rahim Al Zaabi.
His Highness the Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai conveyed the congratulations and blessings of the leadership, government and people of the UAE to the sisterly State of Kuwait under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, and to the government of the State of Kuwait and the brotherly Kuwaiti people, on this occasion, expressing his sincere wishes for Kuwait and its generous people for further progress and prosperity.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum stressed that the close fraternal ties and historical relations that bring together the two brotherly countries and peoples are soon strengthening and becoming more established and developed day after day under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and his brother His Highness Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait.
His Highness said that the celebrations of “The UAE and Kuwait, Brothers Forever,” which took place in all seven emirates under the directives of His Highness the President of the State and for a full week starting from January 29, reflect the special nature that brings together the two brotherly countries and peoples, and which is considered an inspiring model of partnership and bilateral relations based on mutual respect and keenness to achieve common interests and expand the circle of cooperation within various vital and development sectors.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum indicated that the UAE-Kuwaiti relations are qualified for further development and growth during the next stage in light of the belief in the unity of purpose and destiny, and the joint endeavor to reach the ties that bring the two sides together to higher levels of integration and coordination in a way that serves the comprehensive and sustainable development goals of the two countries, supports their aspirations for the future, and serves to advance the process of joint Gulf action, thus opening the way for more opportunities for growth and progress for the peoples of all Arab Gulf states.
