His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, mourned the photographer Ramesh Shukla, who documented with his lens the journey of the UAE and its early beginnings.
