The Saudi trade balance surplus grows by 70.2% in November 2025

The Saudi trade balance recorded a surplus of (22.3) billion riyals during the month of November of the year (2025), achieving an annual growth of (70.2%), and an increase of (9.2) billion riyals, compared to the same period in the year (2024) in which the surplus reached (13.1) billion riyals.
This came according to data from the General Authority for Statistics in its International Trade Bulletin for the month of November.
Surplus Trade Balance
The data showed an achievement of National non-petroleum exports are about (18.9) billion riyals, constituting (19%) of total merchandise exports, achieving an annual growth of (4.7%), an increase amounting to (851) million riyals, compared to (18.1) billion riyals during the same period in the year (2024).
The value of petroleum exports amounted to more than (67) billion riyals, representing (67.2%) Of the total merchandise exports, achieving an annual growth of (5.4%), an increase exceeding (3) billion riyals, compared to (63.6) billion riyals in the same period last year.
Re-exports recorded a noticeable increase, reaching a value of (13.7) billion riyals, with an annual growth rate of (53.1%), representing (13.8%) of the total merchandise exports, compared to (8.9) billion riyals for the same similar period.
Trade partners
With regard to trade partners, Asian countries came at the forefront of importers from the Kingdom with a percentage of (75.2%), with a value of (74.9) billion riyals, followed by European countries with a percentage of (9.7%), with a value of (9.7) billion riyals, then American countries with a percentage of (7.5%), with a value of (7.5) billion riyals.
China maintained the lead in countries importing the Kingdom’s exports with a percentage (13.5%) and a value of (13.5) billion riyals.
With regard to non-petroleum exports (including re-exports), they crossed through (31) land, sea and air customs ports, with a total value amounting to (32.7) billion riyals, topped by King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah with a value of (5.6) billion riyals, followed by Jeddah Islamic Port with a value of (3.6) billion riyals.
