Depositing 1.078 billion riyals to beneficiaries of “housing support” for the month of February

He explained that the total support for the month of February was allocated to support the profits of Miscellaneous housing support; In an effort to empower beneficiaries and improve their ability to own housing, in order to achieve the objectives of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The Fund noted its continued development of Innovative financing solutions in cooperation with financing agencies and real estate developers; This contributes to facilitating the ownership journey and expanding the range of financing and housing options appropriate to the needs of the beneficiaries.
It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund provides housing support program services electronically through the electronic portal, in addition to the service "Real estate consultant"; To enable beneficiaries to design their housing support, and obtain the best financing and housing recommendations.
