The data showed that the total sales quantities during January amounted to 635,835 cubic metres, an increase of 6.1% compared to last December, and an increase of 1.1% on an annual basis compared to January 2025, which reflects the strength of demand at the beginning of the year.
Sales of high-sulfur fuel witnessed a growth of 14.7% compared to December, reaching 186,245 cubic meters in January.
Sales of low-sulfur fuels, including fuel oils and marine diesel, increased by 1.8% to reach 407,459 cubic metres.
