Ajman, February 27 / WAM / The smart “AJP AI” platform, which was launched by the Ajman Police General Command to respond to customers’ non-urgent inquiries via the number 800901, has witnessed a significant response from the public since its launch in June of last year, as the number of sent and received messages reached 34,616 messages and inquiries, while the number of customers who were served and dealt with successfully reached 4,626. Dealing.
The platform achieved outstanding success and contributed effectively to accelerating the pace of service provision and raising the level of customer satisfaction.
Colonel Hisham Abdullah Bushahab, Director of Operations Department at Ajman Police, said that the platform was developed using the latest artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, to provide immediate and accurate responses, as the response time to written and voice inquiries does not exceed a few seconds, which reflects the system’s efficiency and speed in processing requests around the clock without human intervention.
He pointed out that the work on developing the platform was not limited to the speed of response, but rather included enhancing its integration with various service agencies, as a direct link was made between the answer to the inquiry and the links for providing the service electronically if it was provided by external parties, enabling the customer to complete his transaction immediately without the need to search or move between platforms. Linking was also made with approved insurance companies to provide information and services related to licensing and insurance of vehicles, providing an integrated and seamless experience that reduces time and effort.
He stressed that these results reflect the success of Ajman Police’s approach to digital transformation and eliminating bureaucracy, noting that the platform represents the first phase of a more comprehensive project to employ artificial intelligence in police services, and its scope will be expanded in the future to include additional services and tasks, calling on the public to benefit from the platform via the WhatsApp application on the number 800901.
