Many of Iran’s leaders are dead

US President Donald Trump told ABC News that “a lot” of Iranian leaders have died. “Our goal is to defend the American people by eliminating imminent threats from the Iranian regime, an evil group of very cruel and terrible people,” Trump said in a video statement. US officials said the operation could last for days, and Trump acknowledged the possibility of US casualties.
