I can end the war within days

US President Donald Trump told Axios that he has several “alternative options” to the exceptional US military campaign against Iran that he launched at dawn on Saturday.

In a five-minute phone interview with Axios, Trump said from his Mar-a-Lago resort: “I can continue and control the whole situation, or end it in two or three days, and I say to the Iranians: We will see you in a few years if you start rebuilding your nuclear and missile programs.”

Trump expected that it would take the Iranians several years to recover from this attack.
