Emirates Airlines offers two options for passengers affected by the suspension of flights

Emirates Airlines announced the availability of two options for customers affected by the suspension of flights, following the temporary suspension of all its operations to and from Dubai until 15:00 (UAE time) on Sunday, March 1, as a result of the closure of airspace in the region.
The carrier said in a statement on its website that for customers who have reservations for travel within the next 72 hours, you have the following options:
1. Rebooking on an alternative flight: You can rebook to your original destination within a period of up to 10 days from your original travel date. If your booking was made through a travel agency, please contact them directly. If the booking was made directly with Emirates Airlines, please contact us.
2. Request a refund for your ticket: You can request a refund for your ticket by filling out the electronic refund form if you booked directly with Emirates Airlines. If your reservation was made through a travel agency, please contact them for assistance.
The carrier added: We urge all customers to check the status of their flights before heading to the airport, and customers affected by flight cancellations should contact their travel agency to rebook. If booking directly with Emirates, please contact the carrier.
