Closing the financial markets in the country as of Monday, March 2, 2026 until further notice

ABU DHABI, 1st March / WAM / In implementation of the supervisory and regulatory tasks of the Capital Market Authority in the United Arab Emirates, and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, the Authority announces the closure of the capital markets in the country, including the Abu Dhabi Securities Market and the Dubai Financial Market, as of Monday, March 2, 2026, until further notice.
The Authority confirms that it will continue to closely follow developments in the region, evaluate the situation on an ongoing basis, and take the necessary additional measures in light of developments and developments.
The Authority calls on all concerned to follow the official channels of the Capital Market Authority in the UAE, the Abu Dhabi Securities Market, and the Dubai Financial Market to view any subsequent developments.
