Atlas Elevators’ profits will decline to 9.5 million riyals in 2025

The profits of Atlas Elevators General Trading and Contracting Company in 2025 decreased by 8.8% to 9.5 million riyals, compared to 10.5 million riyals in 2024.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for this is due to:-

1 – Achieving losses from the evaluation of investment properties, where the loss amounted to 234,129 riyals for the year 2025, compared to profits of 3,180,750 riyals for the year 2024, a decrease of 3,423,879 riyals, or -107.64%.

2 – Decrease in other revenues: Other revenues decreased significantly, reaching 2,115,036 riyals. riyals in 2025, compared to 6,335,227 riyals in 2024, a decrease of 4,220,191 riyals, or -66.61%.

3 – An increase in administrative and selling expenses: Administrative and selling expenses amounted to 21,637,706 riyals in 2025, compared to 20,597,174 riyals in 2024. An increase of 1,040,532 riyals, or 5.05%.

4 – Increase in financing costs: They increased to 438,433 riyals in 2025, compared to 375,586 riyals in 2024, an increase of 62,847 riyals, or 16.73%.
