“Sumou Real Estate” profits rise 26.9% to 13.25 million riyals in 2025
Sumou Real Estate Company’s profits in 2025 increased by 26.9% to 135.25 million riyals, compared to 106.60 million riyals in 2024.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The increase in profit is due to the increase in revenues generated from fees for managing the development of real estate projects, real estate services, land sales, and real estate investment sales.
Dividend Distribution
The Board of Directors of Sumou Real Estate Company decided yesterday to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2025.
The company said: The total amount distributed is 25 million riyals, while the number of shares entitled to dividends is 50 million shares.
It added that the share of the distribution is 0.5 million. Riyals, while the distribution ratio to the nominal share value is 5%.
The eligibility date will be next May 10, while the distribution date will be the 21st of the same month.
