The General Authority for the Affairs of The Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque are a digital service to enable beneficiaries to access all services The Two Holy Mosques, as more than (40) services are available translated into seven languages, namely: Arabic, English, Urdu, Chinese, Turkish, French, and Malay.

The service can be accessed through the WhatsApp number or the Al-Haramain chat from the Al-Haramain portal, and the beneficiary chooses the preferred language, then a group of classified services is presented to him, which are: digital services, ritual services, special services, enrichment services, and community services, And health services, by clicking on the intended service, in addition to the inquiries service, which enables the beneficiary to communicate directly with the customer service team and ask any inquiry, to be answered immediately by a specialized team in seven languages.

The beneficiary can file a report regarding any specific service, with the report followed up until it is finally processed.
