Makkah Construction’s profits increased by 15.3% to 474 million riyals in 2025
The profits of Makkah Construction and Development Company increased in 2025 by 15.3% to 474 million riyals, compared to 411 million riyals in 2024.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"This increase is mainly attributed to the increase in profits of the mall, in addition to the improvement in the performance of the hotel and towers and the increase in investment returns.
Dividend distribution
The Board of Directors of Makkah Construction and Development Company recommended, yesterday, to the general assembly of the company’s shareholders to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025.
The company said: The total amount distributed is 300 million riyals, while the share of the distribution is 1.5 riyals.
/>She explained that the eligibility date for shareholders who own shares on the day of the next General Assembly and who are registered in the company’s shareholder registry at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will be at the end of the second trading day following the date of the General Assembly, the date of which will be announced later, noting that the distribution date will be determined later.
