The General Assembly of “Farm Markets” approves the election of 7 members to the Board of Directors

The Saudi Marketing Company (Farm Markets) announced the results of the ordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held yesterday, Tuesday.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The results of the vote on the Assembly’s agenda included: Approval of the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on 03/21/2026 AD and lasts for 4 years and ends on 03/20/2030 AD.

The elected members are: M. Hazem Al-Aswad, M. Maher Al-Aswad, Tariq Al-Aswad, Muhammad Al-Aswad, Iyad Al-Youssef, Talal Al-Ghaleb, Tariq Al-Deeb.
