The Strait of Hormuz will open again

US Energy Secretary Chris Wright said on Thursday that US warships “cannot currently accompany ships” when they pass through the Strait of Hormuz, but he suggested that this could be implemented by the end of this March.
In statements to CNN, the American minister stressed the necessity of “reopening the Strait of Hormuz,” adding: “You will see America working with other countries to reopen the Strait.”
Wright stressed that “the only available option in the end is to destroy Iran’s ability to threaten its neighbors,” considering that the military operation against Iran “will take weeks, not months.”
