10 citizens affiliated with Hezbollah were arrested and planned to target vital facilities

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced today, Wednesday, that the State Security Service was able to thwart a plan for a terrorist operation that was targeting vital installations in the country, after intensive security monitoring and investigations that resulted in the arrest of 10 citizens of a terrorist group belonging to Hezbollah. They had planned in advance and coordinated with external parties, and sought to communicate with them with the aim of providing them with the coordinates of the targeted locations, which constitutes a direct threat to the security of the country.
