المملكة: Details of updating the operating times of public transport buses in Medina


Announce a project "City buses" Updating the operating times of public transport buses for the year 1447 AH, with the aim of facilitating the movement of residents, visitors and pilgrims in various parts of Madinah.
The project, whose operation is supervised by the Madina 15 routes to serve beneficiaries throughout Medina, taking into account the density of locations and the multiplicity of stations on each route.
5 routes will be operated 24 hours a day, and include routes "Airport – Prophet’s Mosque" and"Miqat – Haramain Train" and"Al-Faisaliah – Wadi Mudhainab" and"Sayyid al-Shuhadaa Square – Al-Alia" and"Al Khalidiya – Al Qaswa"

18 hours a day

The project stated that 10 other paths will be operated for 18 hours a day for the people of Medina and its visitors in various service locations, and they include paths "Al-Khandaq – Al-Qur’an Press"and"Al-Faisaliah – Miqat"And Mount Ayr – Al-Daitha"and Miqat – industrial cities"And Mahzour – Bustan Al Safiya" and"King Fahd District – Quba Mosque" And Shoran – Al-Arayedh neighborhood" and"The Envoy – Oasis of Laayoune" and"Airport District – Al-Alia" and"Aliya – Al-Qaswa"

The timetable comes within the efforts of the concerned authorities to develop the public transportation system in Medina and provide a comfortable and sustainable transportation service that meets the needs of millions of visitors annually, especially during the Hajj and Umrah seasons.
