Iran’s blatant behavior towards countries in the region cannot be justified under any circumstances

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia confirmed on Monday that Iran’s blatant behavior towards countries in the region cannot be justified under any circumstances.

In a statement today, Monday, the Kingdom condemned, in the strongest terms, “the sinful Iranian attacks that targeted a camp belonging to the Kuwaiti Armed Forces and an electricity and water desalination plant in the sisterly State of Kuwait, and led to the injury of a number of members of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces.”

The Kingdom stressed that “these cowardly attempts by Iran and its blatant behavior towards the countries of the region confirm the continuation of a hostile approach that cannot be justified under any circumstances, and is explicitly in conflict with international laws and norms and the principles of good neighborliness, and is pushing the region towards further escalation.”
