المملكة: "Hajj and Umrah": 51 million users of the Nusuk application, and Umrah pilgrims’ satisfaction is 94%

Confirmed The Ministry of Hajj and Umrahachieved qualitative leaps in the number of pilgrims and the quality of services provided, during the opening ceremony of the third edition of Umrah and Visitation Forum, which was held under the slogan "A history told at every stop"With broad participation from government agencies, the private sector, and international partners.
During his opening speech, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, explained that the number of Umrah pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia exceeded 18 million, achieving a remarkable growth rate of 214% during the period from 2022 to 2025, in an indicator that reflects the accelerating pace of recovery and expansion in The Umrah sector, supported by a package of digital facilities and services.
A comprehensive experience
Al-Rabiah indicated that the satisfaction rate of pilgrims rose to 94% during the year 2025, which reflects the quality of the comprehensive experience provided by the system of serving the guests of God, starting from planning procedures to performing the rituals and returning, stressing that improving the pilgrim’s experience represents a strategic priority for the Ministry.
And in the mosque Al-Nabawi explained that the capacity to visit the Noble Rawdah doubled, bringing the number of its visitors to more than 15.6 million visitors during the past year, while the number of historical and enrichment sites and destinations that were developed increased to 87 sites and destinations.
Reservation and permit services
In the same context, the Minister revealed that the number of users of the Nusk application has exceeded the barrier of 51 million users around the world, which enhances the role of digital transformation in facilitating the pilgrim’s journey, Through reservations, permits and integrated planning services.
He also announced the launch of a number of partnerships with international travel platforms, which contributed to simplifying the procedures for the arrival of pilgrims, and expanding the options available to them, allowing a more flexible and diverse experience, and enhancing the competitiveness of the Saudi destination at the level of religious tourism.
System Readiness
With regard to the system’s readiness, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah stressed that: "In light of the events taking place in the region, the system for serving the guests of God has proven its high readiness to deal with urgent changes."Pointing out that the Ministry worked in cooperation with the General Authority of Civil Aviation and the relevant authorities, through a special operations room, to address all challenges and ensure the provision of services to pilgrims with high efficiency, in order to achieve their comfort and safety.
This rapid growth in the numbers of pilgrims and the development of the services provided reflects the continuous efforts made by the Kingdom to improve the Umrah system and achieve the goals of Vision 2030 in strengthening its position as a leading destination in serving the pilgrims.
