"Epoint Zero" An agreement is concluded to acquire "Triverse Midstream Partners" US $2.25 billion
ABU DHABI, 31st March, 2017 (WAM) – E-Point Zero Holding Company Limited, a subsidiary of E-Point Zero Group, announced the conclusion of an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Triverse Midstream Partners, a company based in the United States of America, at a value of US$2.25 billion.
EPoint Zero is a global investment company based in Abu Dhabi that specializes in energy solutions, advanced infrastructure, and strategic assets. It focuses on investing in platforms that support the economy of the future and enhance the growing demand for electricity and digital transformation, which contributes to consolidating the flexibility of energy systems.
The company, through its investment portfolio, plays a pivotal role in enabling systems supporting the data and industry sectors and accelerating the shift towards a more interconnected and sustainable economic model.
Triverse is also a portfolio company of The Energy & Minerals Group and includes quality assets in the midstream energy infrastructure sector with a focus on non-operating investments.
Rover is one of the largest interstate natural gas pipelines in the United States. It provides vital capacity to transport production from the Utica and Marcellus shale formations to major demand markets in the Midwest, the US Gulf Coast, and eastern Canada, enhancing the connection between the abundant production areas and the distribution and export infrastructure.
ORS represents a modern dry natural gas gathering system characterized by a strategic location that connects gas production from the Utica and Ohio Marcellus regions and contributes to enhancing the efficiency of regional connectivity and the flexibility of energy flows through the main corridors.
EPoint Zero confirmed that it is currently taking the necessary measures to complete the deal, taking into account obtaining the required regulatory approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities.
