Without a tsunami…a 5.0 magnitude earthquake hits the greater Tokyo area

Hit Earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter scale in Ibaraki Prefecture in the Greater TokyoTsunami.
There have been no reports so far of damage or injuries resulting from the earthquake.
