Appointment of Mohamed Daaboul as Managing Director of “Gebsco”
The board of directors of the gypsum company decided to qualify "Gypsco" Appointment of Engineer Muhammad Iqbal Radwan Daboul as Managing Director of the Company.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"Daaboul holds a degree in engineering, specializing in industrial systems, from Ohio State University, USA. He has more than 35 years of experience in the industrial sector. He also serves as a member of a number of joint-stock companies, and has extensive experience with the requirements and tasks of boards of directors.
The Board decided to approve Majed Tariq Gharbawi’s request submitted on 03/30/2026 AD to relieve him from the position of Managing Director while continuing as a member of the Board of Directors.
Accordingly, it was amended. His membership status is to become a non-executive board member instead of a managing (executive) board member, as of 03/31/2026 AD until the end of the current board term.
