Dubai South announces a new facilities package to support small and medium-sized companies in the business park

DUBAI, 6 APRIL / WAM / Dubai South, the largest major urban project focusing on the aviation, logistics and real estate sectors, has launched a flexible facilities package dedicated to small and medium-sized companies operating within the “Business Park” as part of its commitment to supporting its growing corporate base.

This step is in line with government trends aimed at enhancing economic stability and enabling businesses throughout the emirate.

The package includes a set of measures aimed at providing immediate financial flexibility, in addition to strengthening the long-term relationship with tenants.

These include stabilizing rents for tenants when renewing their contracts, providing greater flexibility in deferring payments, and exemptions from some minor administrative fees. In addition, the current rental rates will be maintained for eligible renewal requests during this period.

This initiative reflects Dubai South’s continued commitment to providing a flexible and stimulating business environment, especially for small and medium-sized companies, which are an essential pillar in driving economic growth and promoting innovation in Dubai.

These procedures will also be evaluated and developed periodically to ensure their compatibility with ongoing changes in the market.

Nabil Al Kindi, Executive Director of Dubai South, said that small and medium-sized companies form an essential part of the economic fabric in Dubai, and supporting their continuity and growth remains a priority for Dubai South, and this initiative reflects the commitment to providing practical and timely support to its business community, which contributes to promoting a stable environment that supports long-term success.
