"Homeland pride": The UAE is a leading global model for protecting human health

Abu Dhabi, April 6, 2017 – The National Pride Office confirmed that the United Arab Emirates has established an advanced global model in developing health care systems, based on the vision of its wise leadership that made human health a national priority, and invested in innovation, scientific research, and advanced technologies to ensure early and accurate diagnosis that saves lives and improves the quality of life.

On the occasion of World Health Day, the office explained that the UAE’s leadership in this field reflects its transition from the traditional therapeutic approach to a proactive health model based on prevention, smart diagnosis, and integration between health data and modern technologies, which contributes to dealing with all cases with high efficiency, and reduces the health and psychological burdens on patients and their families.

He praised the pivotal role played by the front-line heroes in the success of this advanced system, stressing that doctors, nurses, technicians, and health support teams stand in the first rows in implementing the latest diagnostic protocols, humane dealing with patients, and embodying the values ​​of commitment and professional responsibility in the most delicate and difficult health cases.
