No layoffs…and salaries are on time
The president and founder of Danube Group, Ridwan Sajan, affirmed his full support for the employees working in the group, announcing that the company will not lay off any employee.
Sajjan said in a statement yesterday: “We have faced many challenges in the past, such as the financial crisis in 2008 and the (Covid-19) pandemic.”
He added: “Despite this, we always came back stronger, and I am confident that we will do so again. During the pandemic, I committed not to lay off any employees, and I kept this promise. Likewise, there will be no layoffs in (Danube Group) this time either.”
Sajjan continued: “Our more than 6,000 employees are not just a workforce, they are our family. They are the ones who contributed to building (Danube Group) to what it is today. In times like these, we stand with them with the same commitment. All salaries will be paid on time, and we will continue our commitment to serving our customers and partners.”
In addition, Danube Properties recently unveiled its first large-scale integrated residential community, “Greenz by Danube», which includes townhouses and luxury villas, prices starting at 3.5 million dirhams, with a payment plan of 1% per month, confirming that it has received great demand from investors and buyers.
The company stressed that it continues to focus on implementation, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and that all its obligations are fulfilled.
