Is she following in her parents’ footsteps?.. An artwork by the daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

Will Shiloh Jolie, the 19-year-old daughter of international star Angelina Jolie and actor Brad Pitt, follow in the footsteps of the artistic family legacy? This question presented itself, after her appearance at the age of 16 in an upcoming music video by the Korean artist Dayoung, for a song titled “What’s a Girl to Do,” scheduled to be released in the coming days.

In the promotional advertisement, which was published on the YouTube platform, Shiloh appeared in a simple but effective scene, where she sat among a group of people inside a crowded room, wearing a burgundy-colored shirt with her hair raised in the form of a braid, in a look that brought to mind the features of her mother, Angelina Jolie, in her artistic beginnings.

The audience interacted widely with this appearance, which included a large group of dancers, who were selected through qualifiers in which Shiloh participated, along with many young dancers.

The audience talked about the great similarity between her and her mother, whether in terms of features, calm presence, or remarkable “charisma,” which led some to speculate about a promising future for her in the world of acting or visual performance.

This public talk brings to mind Angelina Jolie’s speculation about Shiloh, who was born one year after Zahara’s adoption, as both Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt announced that they were expecting a child. Shiloh was born in May of the same year, in Swakopmund, Namibia.

Jolie said in a statement in 2007, describing the child Shiloh: “(Shi), full of light and love, she is a very sweet and very funny child. “I think I see a little bit of myself in her. She looks like she’d be a little naughty.”

She accompanied the daughter, who is very similar to her mother in terms of features, on several trips around the world for humanitarian purposes, including a visit to the Middle East on the occasion of “World Refugee Day.” When she was only nine years old. Like her sister Zahra, she also decided to drop the “Bet” title from her name, a change that became official in August 2024.

In a previous interview, Angelina described her daughter as very private, noting that all of her children prefer to stay away from the cameras at the present time. Despite this, Shiloh’s life was not without some limited artistic experiences, as she appeared as a child in the movie “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” alongside her father, and she also participated in her voice in the animated movie “Kung Fu Panda 3,” in 2016.

When she was offered a bigger role in the movie “Maleficent”, in 2014, she refused to participate, as Angelina said that she was offered the role of “Princess Aurora”, but she laughed and preferred to play the role of a creature with horns instead. The character later went to her younger sister, Vivian.

From acting to dancing:

In recent years, Shiloh has found her true passion in the world of dance, where she has devoted her time to developing her skills, outside of acting. Her talent emerged remarkably last June, when she presented her first work as a choreographer, during an event in Hollywood, using a new artistic name, “She.” Over the past years, many of her dance clips have spread on the Internet, achieving widespread interaction and praise for her talent and stage presence. While her coaches confirmed her great commitment to training and developing herself.
