All shops and commercial activities will be closed from midnight until 6 am tomorrow

Kuwait Municipality announced the closure of all stores and commercial activities at 12:00 midnight today, Tuesday, until 6:00 am tomorrow, Wednesday, due to what the region is going through.

The municipality explained in a press statement that it took this decision based on the circular of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior regarding taking preventive measures that contribute to maintaining community security and the safety of citizens and residents. She called on the owners of shops and commercial activities to cooperate with municipal teams and agencies in order to maintain safety, enhance the level of prevention, and enable the concerned authorities to perform their tasks with high efficiency, stressing the necessity of adhering to this procedure, adhering to the instructions, and cooperating in their application.

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior had previously called on citizens and residents to remain in their homes and avoid going out except for cases of “extreme necessity,” starting from 12 p.m. until 6 a.m. tomorrow as a precautionary measure in light of the current conditions in the country and the region.
