Trump is “aware” of the Pakistani Prime Minister’s proposal to extend the deadline granted to Iran

The White House said Tuesday that President Donald Trump is aware of the Pakistani Prime Minister’s request to extend the deadline granted to Iran by two weeks before launching large-scale strikes against it.

White House spokeswoman Caroline Levitt said in a statement to Agence France-Presse hours before the deadline expired, “The president has been informed of the proposal, and he will issue a response to it.”
