Shabab Al-Ahly wins over Al-Nasr in the first leg of the Basketball League final

Dubai, April 7 / WAM / The Shabab Al-Ahly team won the first leg in the men’s basketball league final, defeating its guest Al-Nasr with a score of 81-78, in the match that was held between them today.

The victory came in the final moments of the match, when Shabab Al-Ahly achieved a 78-78 draw, before scoring the winning basket in the last second.

The two teams are scheduled to meet again in the return match on Tuesday, April 14, at Al-Nasr Club Hall, where Shabab Al-Ahly will be crowned champion if they win, while Al-Nasr’s victory requires holding a playoff match to determine the champion, scheduled for Friday, the 17th of this month, at Shabab Al-Ahly Hall.
