Sharjah, 9 April / WAM / The real estate development company, Arada, welcomed the first group of new owners to Vida Residences Aljada, following the completion of all construction work in the four-building residential complex, which combines carefully selected luxury homes, a modern hotel, and a dynamic social environment integrated into one place.
Vida Residences Aljada represents the first luxury residential project under the management of an upscale hotel brand in the Emirate of Sharjah. It is located on East Boulevard in the Naseej Al Qalb Cultural District in this modern, integrated destination and offers a wide range of services, hospitality facilities, restaurants, cafes and various commercial offers for residents, guests and visitors alike.
After completing the 579 units in the new residential complex, the master developer has to date delivered more than 8,800 homes in the huge Aljada project, with a total sales value of 35 billion dirhams.
The four-building Vida residential and hotel complex includes 255 luxury apartments under the Vida brand and 149 serviced apartments in addition to the upcoming Vida Aljada hotel with a capacity of 175 rooms in cooperation with Emaar Hospitality Group.
