Oil prices record a significant increase upon settlement

New York, April 10 / WAM / Oil prices recorded a noticeable increase at settlement in today’s trading, as Brent crude futures rose by $1.17, or by 1.23%, to settle at $95.92 per barrel.

US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose by $3.46, equivalent to 3.66%, to reach the level of $97.87 per barrel upon settlement.
