2.92 billion dirhams total real estate valuation in Ajman during the first quarter, a growth of 63%

Ajman, April 13 / WAM / During the first quarter of this year, the Emirate of Ajman recorded a remarkable increase in the number of real estate valuation transactions, with a growth of 63%, with a total value of 2.92 billion dirhams through 961 transactions.

His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the evaluation transactions for real estate project units amounted to 293 transactions with a total value of 188.2 million dirhams, an increase of 71% compared to the same period in the year 2025.

He said that the data contained in the quarterly real estate report reflects the positive performance witnessed by the real estate market in Ajman, and confirms the growing volume of investments in light of a competitive environment and a flexible investment strategy that enhances investor confidence in the emirate, noting that 434 real estate evaluation transactions for golden residences for investors were recorded with a total value of 767.7 million dirhams.

He explained that commercial real estate valuation transactions reached 115 transactions, a growth of 42%, with a total value of 1.6 billion dirhams, followed by residential real estate with a value of 823.8 million dirhams, then industrial real estate with a total of 285.6 million dirhams.
