Nicolas Cage brings back “LORD OF WAR” after 22 years… on this date
Fans of the international star, Nicolas Cage, will have a date with a second part of the famous suspense and thriller film “LORD OF WAR”, after he presented the first part of it in 2005. The new film, which is expected to be shown in international cinemas at the beginning of 2027, begins its story with Bill Skarsgård’s quest to build an army of mercenaries, to compete with his father, Nicolas Cage, in the arms trade and to control the world.
In the second part of the movie “LORD OF WAR”, Nicolas Cage embodies the character of “Yuri Orlov”, the most famous arms dealer in the world, in cooperation with writer and director Andrew Niccol, and they are joined by stars: Bill Skarsgård, Greg Tarzan Davis, and Laura Harrier.
The main plot of the story will revolve around the quest of “Anton”, played by star Bill Skarsgård, who is the illegitimate son of “Yuri Orlov”, to compete with his father’s business, as after the development of events he becomes his most daring and cunning opponent.
The ‘LORDS OF WAR’ sequel starring Nicolas Cage and Bill Skarsgård is eyeing a 2027 release date.
Skarsgård will play Cage’s son, who builds a mercenary army to rival his dad’s arms-dealing business.

Although a full year remains until the second part of “LORD OF WAR” is shown, the audience will be able to watch the first teaser promo for the film, on the sidelines of the “CinemaCon Film Conference” in Las Vegas, next week.
The events of the famous film “LORD OF WAR” will take place in the hidden world of mercenaries, where Yuri Orlov discovers that his son Anton is not seeking to correct his mistakes due to his advanced age, but rather to overcome them and achieve the progress that he has always dreamed of.
The film’s story begins; When Yuri Orlov discovers that he has a son named Anton, a ruthless mercenary who is determined to outdo his father by building his own army and exploiting the United States’ wars in the Middle East, he finds himself engaged in a fierce battle for inheritance, control and power, where a shocking fuse of competition ignites between father and son, fueled by power, ambition, betrayal, and control of the global arms trade.
In another context, fans of star Nicolas Cage are waiting for the screening of his latest film, “Madden,” which documents the biography of American football legend “John Madden.”
The movie “Madden”, scheduled to be released soon in international cinemas, follows the true story of American football legend John Madden, from his humble beginnings, until his legendary journey coaching the “The Raiders” team in the “Super Bowl” in 1976, all the way to his transformation into a famous cultural icon, through the “Madden NFL” video game series.
