Social services provided to patients amounted to (11,646) services, and psychological services amounted to (7,833) services, while (2,086) services were provided through the Forensic Psychiatry Department, and (573,285) services were provided within the complex’s nutrition efforts. With regard to rehabilitation services, Dr. Al-Ahmari stated that the Medical Rehabilitation Department provided (33,386) services, in addition to the rehabilitation services provided to urgent care patients, whose number reached (210) visitors. The number of health awareness services reached (2,730) services, and the number of family guidance and counselling services reached (5,878) services, while the number of private responses through the complex’s account on the (X) platform reached (9,621). In response, communication and media services reached (5597) services. The number of services provided by the Patient Experience Department increased (4456) services, the number of services for treatment eligibility reached (6372) services, the number of patient services reached (31831) services, and medical records provided (6445) services. The Executive Director of the Irada Complex in Riyadh, Dr. Muhammad Al-Ahmari, indicated that the complex strives to provide the best services to patients. And the visitors and beneficiaries and developing and improving the programs provided, in a way that contributes to the patient getting the service he deserves to help him return to society as a useful member, especially in light of his move to his new headquarters on Exit 18.
