The Governor of Umm Al Quwain directs the granting of residential lands to citizens

Under the generous directives of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, 241 residential plots of land were approved for citizens eligible for residential land grants, as part of government initiatives aimed at providing a decent life and enhancing family stability for citizens.

This step comes within the framework of His Highness’s keenness to meet the needs of the people of the emirate, and to enhance family stability and a decent life for them in line with the system of societal well-being and quality of life that the UAE is keen to establish and consolidate for its citizens.

The competent authorities confirmed that the distribution process will take place according to established procedures, ensuring transparency and fairness in land grants, indicating that the next phase will witness more housing initiatives and projects.
