“Afaq Food” signs a supply contract for its food products with “New Imdad”


Today, Afaq Food Company signed a contract to supply its manufactured food products to Al-Imdad Al-Jadeed Trading Establishment, which is an institution specialized in providing meals in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.

According to the statement, the value of this contract exceeds (15%) of the company’s total revenues for the fiscal year 2025 AD, due to the nature of the commercial activity based on supply and the changing volume of orders.

This contract comes within the objectives of the two companies to enhance strategic cooperation and expand the scope of business, as Afaq Food Company aims to support the spread of its products in the markets. The target, while the New Imdaad Trading Establishment seeks to enhance its capabilities in providing diverse, high-quality food services in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region and neighboring areas, in line with the growth and expansion plans of both parties.

This contract aims to supply the largest possible quantities of food products, especially during the Hajj season, the Umrah season, and the holy month of Ramadan. This is to meet the needs of restaurants, shops, and the food service sector in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region and neighboring areas, and in a way that contributes to serving the visitors of God during the contract period.

The company explained that the duration of the contract is two years and is automatically renewed unless one of the parties submits a termination request in The specified period.

According to the company, the financial impact on the contract will begin to be reflected in the second quarter of 2026, as the Hajj season coincides with the aforementioned quarter.
