"Cities" Launches the final stage of "Tara Park" On Al Reem Island

Abu Dhabi, April 17 / WAM / Modon launched the final phase of the “Tara Park” project on Al Reem Island, including the offering of additional residential units, to complement the components of the project, which consists of six residential towers that include 834 residential apartments with various designs.

This offering is accompanied by the adoption of a flexible 40/60 payment plan, starting with an initial payment of 5% in 2026, followed by payments of 10% in each of the years 2027, 2028 and 2029, which enhances levels of flexibility and provides a qualitative opportunity for first-time buyers, as well as investors wishing to contribute to the future of Abu Dhabi, to own residential units within one of the most integrated residential communities in the emirate.

It is planned that the “Tara Park” project will be directly linked to “Reem Mall”, within the framework of a development vision based on the integration of facilities and services, while the project focuses on providing a modern lifestyle that reflects sustainable value in the long term.

The launch of the final phase of “Tara Park” represents an extension of the success achieved by the first phase, in light of the continued strong demand for high-quality residential communities in Abu Dhabi.
