Dubai Safari Park joins the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA)

DUBAI, April 17, 2017 (WAM) – Dubai Safari Park has officially announced its joining as a founding member of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA), the most prominent global organization that includes destinations committed to applying the highest standards in animal care, preserving biodiversity, and promoting scientific research, in a qualitative achievement that reflects its continuing march towards achieving global excellence in the fields of wildlife conservation, animal care, and environmental education.
The achievement confirms Dubai Safari Park’s position as a reliable and responsible wildlife destination, compatible with global best practices and international standards, and reflects its continuing march towards achieving global excellence in the fields of wildlife conservation, animal care and environmental education.
