The US Treasury allows the delivery and sale of Russian oil loaded on ships until May 16
The US Treasury said it had issued a general license linked to Russia, allowing the delivery and sale of Russian crude oil and petroleum products loaded on ships before 12:01 a.m. EDT on April 17.
The ministry added that this license will continue until 12:01 a.m. EST on May 16.
