Dubai Courts reviews the plan to launch the “Dubai Justice” platform to enhance judicial digital transformation

Dubai Courts continues its efforts to implement the project to establish and launch the “Dubai Justice” platform, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, which aims to accelerate the digital transformation plan, simplify government services, and enhance their integration.

In this context, Dubai Courts held an expanded coordination meeting with its strategic partners that reviewed the platform’s work plan, introduced the stages of its development, and launch dates, in addition to clarifying the digital service packages for the various participating parties, ensuring everyone’s readiness for a smooth transition to the new system.

The development of the “Dubai Justice” platform comes within the efforts of the Dubai Government to enhance integration between government agencies through the system of joint digital channels, which is one of the basic pillars of the emirate’s digital transformation strategy and aims to unify the customer experience and provide interconnected and proactive services through unified channels, reflecting Dubai’s move towards an integrated digital government.

The meeting discussed mechanisms for linking systems and exchanging data, which contributes to accelerating the completion of transactions, reducing the effort on customers, and raising the efficiency of judicial processes. It stressed the importance of adhering to the project’s time road map, to ensure the launch of the platform according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Dubai Courts confirmed continued coordination with its partners from relevant government agencies to achieve a unified and seamless digital experience, and supports the Dubai government’s direction towards providing smart and interconnected services that enhance the emirate’s global leadership in the field of digital government services.
