The Dubai Investments General Assembly approves the distribution of 25% cash dividends

Dubai Investments announced the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders of 25%, at 0.25 dirhams per share, for the year 2025.
Dubai Investments explained, in a statement, that the proposal was approved by shareholders during the company’s thirtieth annual general assembly meeting, which was held yesterday.
The shareholders agreed to elect nine members to the Board of Directors for its new session, in accordance with the company’s articles of association and the applicable regulations and laws. They are Khaled Jassim Mohammed bin Kalban, Ahmed Salem Abdullah Salem Al Hosani, Mohammed Saif Darwish Ahmed Al Ketbi, Faisal Abdulaziz Sheikh Mohammed Al Khazraji, Ali Fardan Ali Al Fardan, Abdul Rahman Ghanem Abdul Rahman Al Mutaiwee, Hussein Nasser Ahmed Lootah, Khaled Muhammad Ali Al Kamda and Hind. Abdul Rahman Qasim Muhammad Al-Ali.
Abdul Rahman Ghanem Abdul Rahman Al Mutaiwi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dubai Investments, said in his speech during the General Assembly meeting, “The group achieved a strong performance during the year 2025, which is the result of disciplined implementation and a stable revenue base, in addition to contributions from various business sectors, including real estate, financial investments, and manufacturing.”
He pointed out that the group continues to invest strategically in defensive and basic sectors such as education, healthcare and hospitality, as they provide flexibility in the portfolio while ensuring long-term stability, stressing that diversification of activities is one of Dubai Investments’ most prominent strengths in dealing with different market cycles.
