A number of volunteers confirmed that Volunteer work goes beyond the concept of casual help; To become an essential pillar in building cohesive societies, by refining youth skills and supporting sustainable development.
Volunteer Amna Al-Mubaraki considered that these initiatives directly contribute to building a generation capable of serving its community with high awareness and full responsibility.
Exceptional practical experiences
While volunteer Ibrahim Al-Fattah stated that field participation gives individuals exceptional practical experiences, and enhances team spirit and constructive communication skills.
On the psychological level, volunteer Hayat Al-Wadi explained that volunteering reflects positively on a person’s health, and increases his level of self-satisfaction through the impact it leaves.
This was confirmed by volunteer Abdullah Al-Qahtani, pointing out that seeing the results of the field effort gives a deep sense of accomplishment, which doubles the motivation to continue giving.
Volunteer Jawhara Al-Bakr touched on the pivotal role of volunteering in creating a positive environment that builds A close social bond between all members of society.
Volunteers Khaled Al-Subaie and Ali Hazazi pointed out that this humanitarian work develops the values of compassion and tolerance, and provides strong bridges of communication and understanding between different groups.
Radical solutions to challenges
The innovative aspects were not absent from the scene; Volunteer Sheikha Al-Arjani described volunteer initiatives as “a platform for unleashing creative energies” to serve society in innovative ways.
Volunteer Muhammad Suleiman added that these creative ideas play a decisive role in supporting societal issues and finding radical solutions to various challenges.
Volunteer Rakan Al-Khalidi stressed the necessity of investing youth’s time optimally; Because they are the real and effective force for the sustainability of these vital initiatives.
While volunteer Sultan Al-Shalawi stressed that these field participations establish the concept of responsibility and activate the individual’s role as a strategic partner in the process of sustainable development.
Volunteer Fayez Al-Subaie concluded the survey by stressing that volunteering is not temporary work, but rather “a lifestyle that reflects human values,” calling for it to be a pillar of sustainable community prosperity.
