Abdullah bin Zayed receives a phone call from the Russian Foreign Minister

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a phone call from Sergei Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

During the call, they discussed bilateral relations between the UAE and the Russian Federation, and the extent of development they are witnessing, in a way that achieves the mutual interests of the two countries and supports their aspirations towards further progress and prosperity.

The two sides discussed all the issues and challenges in the region, ways to push towards reducing the escalation, and working to reach solutions that guarantee peace, development and sustainable prosperity for its people.
