The President of the State congratulates Ali Al-Zaidi on the occasion of his assignment to form the new Iraqi government

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the State, “may God protect him,” congratulated Ali Al-Zaidi during a phone call on Wednesday, on the occasion of his assignment to form the new government in the brotherly Republic of Iraq.

During the call, His Highness expressed his sincere wishes to the Iraqi Prime Minister-designate for success in his new duties, stressing the UAE’s keenness to continue strengthening fraternal relations between the two countries and supporting everything that brings stability to Iraq and meets the aspirations of its brotherly people for progress and prosperity.

For his part, the Prime Minister-designate of the Iraqi government expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, wishing the UAE continued development and prosperity.
