His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, said in a blog post on his account on the (X) platform: “In Dubai, the torch tree blooms in the summer, renewing life in our homes, halls, streets, and gardens… and with it a city that only knows life and beauty blossoms.”
