The center revealed the expansion of the area benefiting from the development project, as the total area served reached 134,746 hectares, distributed and divided into 291 agricultural fields.
The official statistics showed the release of more than 10,986,000 beneficial organisms for individuals, in addition to 1,253 packages of biological organisms. Supporting the environmental balance of farms.
The center’s specialists pointed out the release of 100 cells from «Bumblebees”, in a strategic step to support natural pollination processes and improve agricultural productivity for beneficiaries.
At the supervisory and guidance level, Weqaa officials conducted 48 field visits, to ensure the quality of implementation and provide the necessary technical guidance to farmers to increase the efficiency of program implementation.
The center stressed the importance of this transformation, saying: “These efforts come within our strategy to protect plant wealth and enhance food security, by adopting sustainable and friendly solutions. for the environment”.
