Oil prices will fall after the Iran war

US Treasury Secretary Scott Besent said on Sunday that energy prices will fall after the end of the Iran war, which pushed them to record high levels.

“Oil prices will fall sharply after the end of the conflict,” Picent added on a program on Fox Business Network.

The minister said: “We expect to see more ships crossing the Strait of Hormuz.”
