“SAMA”: Cash in circulation outside banks recorded 256 billion riyals at the end of March

Cash in circulation outside Saudi banks by the end of March 2026 amounted to about 256.46 billion riyals, recording an increase of 3.4% over the previous month of February, and approximately 2% over March of last year, according to data from the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia (SAR, compared to 24.1 billion riyals in the previous February.
